SEXTOY.com Revamps, Relaunches Flagship Website

Los Angeles, CA/November 27, 2007 – SEXTOY.com, a division of Convergence Inc., announced today upgrades to their online retail store. The website was revamped for a new softer design, lower prices, improved graphics, easier navigation and updated content.

The improvements were implemented not only on the retail site SEXTOY.com, but also on thousands of affiliate’s stores through the SEXTOYsex.com affiliate network. “We did a thorough market analysis and comparisons on several shopping sites in order to come up with ideas for the upgrade. Further, we listened to our customers and affiliates for their ideas on how we could improve their experience,” Convergence Inc. President Dave Levine said.

“One of the most significant changes included lowering prices 10-15 percent across the board. This price cut comes as several competitors and manufacturers are raising prices.”

“Our business model allows us to operate more efficiently than most of our competition. Our philosophy has always been to use that advantage to offer some of the best prices for adult products on the Internet,” Levine said.

Another significant change to the site was a user-friendly design with a high-end look meant to appeal to a broader customer base. The site’s front page features products with softer style, while consumers can still find more hardcore items by using the streamlined navigation tools.

Convergence Inc. has always had discreet shipping and billing and a privacy policy to protect its customers. With this new upgrade, SEXTOY.com and its affiliated sites now offer links on every page so users can view customer services policies, encouraging consumer confidence in the trusted shopping site. The site has also added several pages to help consumers with their purchasing decisions by refining input based on their personal needs.

“We always had thousands of items available in our database. And we offer several ways to search for those items, but we never used to have an answer for the customer who told us, ‘just tell me what to buy!’ So now we have several pages that suggest items based on what the customer is looking for,” Levine said.

Servers and backend programming have been improved also, resulting in faster speeds and an upgraded shopping experience.

Beta testing of the new site indicated increased traffic and conversions. Sextoysex.com affiliates also were inspired to upgrade their own marketing efforts to match the new site.

This upgrade is one of the largest in SEXTOY.com’s 13 year history and appears to be a great success with customers, affiliates and the bottom line.

Gazzman with 3 AVN Award Nominations

LONDON — Award winning director and Harmony head of production Gazzman continues his streak of acclaim on both sides of the Atlantic with three AVN Award nominations credited to his movies.
